Throughout his career, Cole has sourced, evaluated, negotiated, and advanced residential land opportunities representing hundreds of millions of dollars in land value and more than $1 billion in projected revenue. He has collaborated closely with executive leadership, municipalities, consultants, and development teams to shape acquisition strategies, navigate approvals, lead due diligence, structure transactions, and mitigate risk.

His responsibilities include site selection, entitlements, project budgeting, development coordination, and capital formation.
