Mountain Pacific Business Park

Mountain Pacific Business Park is a 10-acre $27M development located at Highway 287 and 67th Avenue in Loveland, CO. ​

It is a five-year, multi-phased industrial and retail business park, developed for a relationship client in California. With the crossing of Louden Ditch, Colorado State Recreation Trails, neighboring properties the addition of a mile-long sewer line, this development took a lot of strategic thought and attention to detail. 

There was an Intergovernmental Agreement in place between Fort Collins and Loveland. Poudre Valley REA and Loveland Power both had an interest in the Electric, a new high school was being proposed behind the property and NIMBYs were up in arms about the storage project planned for their neighborhood. With much due diligence, we were able agree with all jurisdictions, the PUD was approved and the development has been a success.
